The age-old debate of the importance of eating breakfast has made adversaries of Dr. Oz and Mark Wahlberg. Dr. Oz has advocated for abandoning breakfast altogether, saying people who intermittent fast for 12 to 16 hours could see several health benefits. The cardiologist said that people who stop eating at least three hours before sleeping will sleep better and will prepare their body for the next morning by not waking up hungry. #InsideEdition

The goal of this workout is to improve circulation and give your body a subtle hint that you require energy to do physical exercise.

If done consistently over a period of time your body will understand that it needs to burn the energy it gets from food, not to store it as fat.

The exercises are simple and involve stretching. You can do this routine at home, with no additional equipment needed!

In this video I’m describing the food I usually have for breakfast.
I also made a menu similar to a restaurant, so the student is more familiar with it.

Take notes and always review them to memorize the words – Also, try to use them as much as you can.

* Main dish: the main food prepared for a meal

– The pancakes are:
* Soft : not hard
* Fluffy: Soft and light

– The Maple Syrup is:
* Sweet – containing a lot of sugar.
* Sticky – similar to glue.

– The eggs are:
* Over easy: Unbroken yolk, runny yolk.
* Over hard: fully-cooked yolk.

– The scrambled eggs are:
* Soft : not hard
* Fluffy: Soft and light

– The toast is:
* Crunchy: crunchy food is firm and makes a loud noise when you eat it.

– The bacon is also crunchy and:
* Savory : Salty or spicy and not sweet in taste.

– The watermelon is:
* Juicy : Juicy food contains a lot of juice and is enjoyable to eat.
* Refreshing: Making you feel less hot or tired.

– The orange juice is:
* Citric : an acid that occurs naturally in the juices of oranges, lemons, limes, etc.
* Tart : having a sharp or sour taste

– The coffee is:
* Bitter : strong taste, not salty or sweet.
