🥄 For this Delicious Recipe you will need:
Hash Brown Recipe:
🔸Russet Potatoes: 3 Medium
🔸 Salt: 1 tsp
🔸Potato Starch Powder: A Handful
🔸 Cooking Oil: 3 tsp

👉 Peel 3 Potatoes and grate them using the large holes of a box grater. Add some salt and water on the grated Potatoes. Salt helps retain moisture and will be easier to squeeze out excess moisture. Squeeze out as much moisture as you can from the grated potatoes. You can also use, cheese cloth, Lemon Press or Garlic Press to squeeze out the excess moisture. Form the potatoes into a patty shape or whatever shape you desire. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. When the oil heats up (Be careful to not make your pan smoky hot), then add the patties. Once the potatoes turn brown in color on the bottom, flip them and press down with the help of your spatula. This pressing down is to make sure the potatoes is not too thick in any one place. Your Hash Brown should be ready in 3-4 minutes of cooking.

Scrambled Egg:
🔸Eggs: 4 Medium
🔸Parsley: Chopped for Garnish
🔸Salt: 1/2 tsp
🔸Cooking Oil: 2 tsp
🔸Butter: 1 tsp
👉 Heat up Oil and Butter then break the eggs on the pan. Stir the eggs without blinking the eyes 😊 (It’s a Joke). Add salt to taste and Keep Stirring for about 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped Parsley and Your scrambled egg is ready to be Served.

Pancakes:
🔸All Purpose Flour: 2 Cups
🔸Whole Milk: 1 & 1/2 Cup
🔸Egg: 1 Medium
🔸Sugar: 1/8 Cup
🔸Salt: 1/2 tsp
🔸Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp
🔸Baking Powder: 1 tsp

👉In a mixing Bowl, Add one egg and whisk. Add milk and whisk again. Set it aside and take a large mixing Bowl, add in flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Baking Soda, and Salt. Now add the milk and egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk to form a batter.
Preheat a flat griddle over medium-high heat. I used a Pan and its fine to use whatever you have available at your home. Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping. Cook other side until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup.

Dr. Barnard has authored over 70 scientific publications as well as 17 books. As president of the Physicians Committee, Dr. Barnard leads programs advocating for preventive medicine, good nutrition, and higher ethical standards in research. He has hosted three PBS television programs on nutrition and health and is frequently called on by news programs to discuss issues related to nutrition and research. Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Dr. Barnard received his M.D. degree at the George Washington University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the same institution. He practiced at St. Vincent’s Hospital in New York before returning to Washington to found the Physicians Committee.

Why is breakfast the most important meal of the day? Is breakfast important? We hear this all the time. A slogan that has become common knowledge, that breakfast the most important meal of the day. But has breakfast always been the most important meal of the day, has it even always been a meal?

In this video the origins and history of breakfast are explained. From ancient Egyptians drinking beer all the way to the invention of cereal for religious reasons.

Ends Meat is a whole-animal butcher shop in Industry City, Brooklyn. They butcher their own pigs, make breakfast sausage in house, and sell damn fine sandwiches and meat bowls. The other day, John showed us how he butchers a pig and grinds the lean shoulder meat, fat, spices, maple syrup, and pork stock into delicious breakfast sausage.
