ওজন কমানোর জন্য কত কিছুই না করে থাকি আমরা। প্রতিদিন সকাল ও বিকেলে হাঁটা থেকে শুরু করে রুটিন মেনে খাবার খাচ্ছেন। তবু নিয়ন্ত্রণে আসছে না ওজন। টাটকা ফল ও সবজি থেকে তৈরি করা জুস ওজন কমাতে সাহায্য করে। এর মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বেশি উপকারি হচ্ছে করল্লার জুস।

যেভাবে তৈরি করবেন করলার জুস: গাঢ় সবুজ রঙের কাঁচা করলা নিয়ে টুকরো করে কাটতে হবে। বিচিগুলো সরিয়ে ফেলতে হবে। তিতা কমাতে চাইলে করলা কেটে ঠাণ্ডা লবণ পানিতে ভিজিয়ে রাখতে হবে। এরপর ব্লেন্ডারে জুস তৈরি করে নিতে হবে। প্রয়োজন মত লবণ দেয়া যেতে পারে।

উপকারিতা: তিতা করলার রস পানে অগ্ন্যাশয় ক্যানসারের কোষ ধ্বংস হয় বলে সম্প্রতি গবেষকরা জানিয়েছেন। ডায়াবেটিস নিয়ন্ত্রণে করলার রস সহায়তা করে। করলার আয়রন হিমোগ্লোবিন তৈরি করতে সাহায্য করে। দাঁত ও হাড় ভালো রাখে। রক্তচাপ নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখে। দৃষ্টিশক্তি ভালো রাখতে ও চোখের সমস্যা সমাধানে করলার বিটা ক্যারোটিন খুবই উপকারী। ত্বক ও চুল ভালো রাখার জন্যও একান্ত জরুরি। চর্মরোগ সারাতে সাহায্য করে। এছাড়া করলার রস ক্রিমিনাশক।

1.Eat a High-Protein Breakfast
There’s a good reason breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day. What you eat for breakfast can set the course for your entire day. It determines if you’ll feel full and satisfied until lunch, or if you’ll be heading to the vending machine before your mid-morning snack. Protein aids weight-loss by decreasing levels of ghrelin, the “hunger hormone” that is responsible for increasing appetite.
To help get your day off to a good start, consider protein sources like eggs, Greek-yogurt, cottage-cheese, nuts and chia-seeds.

2.Drink Plenty of Water
Starting your morning with a glass or two of water is an easy way to enhance weight loss. Water can help increase your energy expenditure, or the number of calories your body burns. To increase the effectiveness try adding lemon to your water. Starting your morning with water and staying well hydrated throughout the day is a great way to boost weight-loss with minimal effort.

3.Get Some Sun
Opening the curtains to let in some sunlight or spending a few extra minutes outside each morning can help kickstart your weight-loss.
One small study found that exposure to even moderate levels of light at certain times of the day can have an influence on weight.

Going to bed a bit earlier or setting your alarm-clock later to squeeze in some extra sleep may help increase weight-loss.
