HEALTHY STEAMED FISH | LOW CALORIE FOOD

#One of the most common cooking techniques for healthy eating is steaming.
#Steaming helps to retain optimum freshness, texture and nutritional content.
#Steaming works by boiling water continuously, causing it to vaporize into steam.
#Steamed fish has fewer calories and less fat than fish cooked with other method
#Steamed fish a good source of low-calorie protein, which is especially important to dieters, since protein helps keep your appetite under control.
#Stuffing is prepared using mint, coriander, giner, garlic, green chilli, pepper, lemon and salt
#Smear the stuffing on the fish
#wrap the fish in a banana leaf
#Boil enough water in a deep vessel or idli maker. Place the fish over a boiling water. Make sure that the water should be boiling.
#Cover it and steam it for 7 to 8 minutes.
#Don’t overcook as fish is delicate and tends to crumble in case of overcooked.
#Take the fish out. Place it on the plate and gently uncover it and enjoy the HEALTHY STEAMED FISH..
