The Smoothie Diet is a sustainable, healthy eating plan that allows you to lose weight over 21 days, and gives you the option of either continuing on afterward or returning to all solid meals.
It is MADE for busy people. And you donβt have to give up food.
After you’ve consumed your meal, the food enters your stomach and is slowly processed and released into your small intestine in small amounts through the process of digestion. Generally, it takes 2β4 hours for food to completely move from your stomach to your small intestine.

What I Eat Pre & Post Workout π± quick and easy meals I love to have to fuel and refuel when Iβm exercising.
It depends on what time I train but generally what I eat before and after training is just whatever I have for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or in this case, post-workout smoothie was a lighter meal to get me through till I had time to make a bigger meal. If Iβm feeling hungry right before my workout Iβll have a bar or some fruit.
I used to do these kinds of videos a lot on YouTube in my letβs get fit series, and you guys loved it so let me know if you find these videos helpful for meal inspo!
Pre workout β carbs from the oats and protein from the chia seeds and soy milk
1/2-3/4 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp maple syrup
– Mix together and set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to thicken. I topped it with mango, coconut, cacao nibs and banana.
Post workout β protein from the soy milk and protein powder and carbs from the fruit.
1 banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 serving of vegan protein powder
250 ml soy milk
– Blend until creamy

The workouts on this channel are usually low-impact and suitable for basically every age group and different fitness levels. It can help to:

– lose weight (with a balanced diet)
– improve digestion
– reduce bloating
– improve mood
– increase stamina
– recover after trauma
– keep your body and mind healthy
– stay active on a busy or lazy day
– stay active when you cannot take a walk outside
– stay active when you are pregnant

However, it is important to mention that these workouts are not going to help you build muscle as we have no resistance training (weights).
Also, to make things clear, besides walking at home, I also do other types of workouts, such as pilates, hiking, dancing, some weight training, lots of walking outside, swimming, etc. – it really depends on my mood and every week is usually different. I just want to stay active and do whatever makes me feel good!
